Ingredients

whole-grain bread, baguette
150 g goat's soft cheese
1 zucchini
12 cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
olive oil

Features

When we want something delicious, and time is not enough, bruschetta is the perfect solution. Small, crunchy and varied, they can be prepared quickly and with minimal products.

Slice the bread. Put it in the oven to toast lightly for 5-10 minutes.

During this time, peel and cut the zucchini into strips, as large as the bread slices.

Smear the zucchini with olive oil and fry in a grill pan for about 5 minutes on each side.

Cut the clove of garlic in two and rub the hot slices.

Arrange piece of zucchini, goats cheese and cherry tomato on the slices.

Return back to the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
