5-6 small pears

150 g dried prunes

3 eggs

3 tbs sugar

6 tbs flour

100 ml. milk

4 tbs whiskey

1 tsp extract rum

1 tsp vanilla extract

The prunes and pears are very tasty and very useful fruits. This turns our new recipe into a healthy summer day offer.

    Soak the dried prunes in whiskey for a few minutes. Cut the pears into small pieces and add to prunes.

    In a bowl, break the eggs with sugar. Then add flour, fresh milk and extracts of rum and vanilla. Stir well.

    Put the berries at the bottom of the pan with the whiskey. Pour the mixture from above.

    Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees until ready.
