Home-made bread

Features

Making bread at home is very pleasant. Much more delicious and sweet than those that can be found on the food chains, and no better than home-made aromas of freshly baked bread.

Mix both types of flour, add a pinch of salt and the dry yeast.

Pile the flour on to a clean surface and make a large well in the centre. Put the water in the well and add the olive oil. Start with circular movements to shape the dough by gradually adding the flour. Hang until soft and elastic dough is obtained.

Add some olive oil in a bowl and put the dough into it until it doubles. Cover the dough with a stretch foil or kitchen cloth and put it in a warm place for 2 hours.

Heat the oven to 220 degrees.

Mix the dough gently and form in the shape of a bread roll. Sprinkle the pan with flour and top the dough.

Fill another pan with water and put it on the bottom of the oven to form steam during the baking.

Bake for about 35-40 minutes until ready.

Let it cool before start to cutting it.
