Returning a purchased product for a refund:

Let us know within 10 days of receipt of goods. You will unfortunately be responsible for the return shipping rate and a 20% restock fee.

A return merchandise authorization number and return address will be provided to you for the return shipping label. Once it has been returned, you will be issued the amount you paid back on the payment method used to purchase originally.

Returns/refunds on live trees and/or plants:

If you wish to return a tree or plant that you purchased, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Again, we will issue you a return merchandise authorization number, the shipping will be on you in addition to a 20% restocking fee. If the tree is looking like its been around the block a time or two when it returns to it’s original home, sadly a 50% restocking fee will be incurred because the tree will need to be advertised as used. The amount you paid will be refunded taking into consideration shipping rate and restocking fee.

Product damaged in transit during shipping:

If the product is damaged in transit, please retain all the original packaging and notify the carrier within 10 days of receipt of goods to determine next steps to remedy the situation.

Defective Product:

Refer to manufacturer’s customer service warranty information in a situation like this to determine their specific strategy in addressing this rare, yet possible occurrence. If the item does not have a warranty, notify us within 10 days of receipt with a detailed explanation of the nature of defect and a replacement may be in order.
