Description

Acer palmatum ‘Butterfly’ Maple is vase-shaped with small, dainty, variegated (green and white) leaves with a light tinge of pink. In fall, the margins of the leaves become a blazing magenta. Consider this elegant tree for a dramatic entry planting in full sun or light shade.

• 12 years old, 18-19″ tall
• Outdoor deciduous bonsai tree, grown and trained
• May be shipped with mature, turning and transitioning foliage in late summer (August), this is a normal, annual process as the tree prepares for dormancy. May be shipped with no foliage during autumn and winter. Tree will emerge from dormancy and re-grow foliage in early Spring.
